My first deal

A bank-owned two-family in Belleville. It was my introduction to REOs, and apparently one deal was all it took. I've loved bank-owned properties ever since, and they're still a part of real estate I'm passionate about today.

2025

NAHREP and my community

I've been part of NAHREP since the start of my career, and in 2025 I served as President of the Union Essex Chapter. Being president meant showing up between the events too: planning with our board, sponsorships, member outreach, welcoming new members, and bringing the right people into the room.

Our 2025 events covered market trends and pathways to affordable housing, and we closed the year by celebrating our members. For me, the role was about making sure everyone felt they belonged and left with a connection or something useful for their business.

Give me great food and a reason to laugh, and I'm happy. That usually means dinner out with friends and a comedy club whenever I can get there. On quieter weekends I'm working out, getting outdoors, or tending to my herbs. I'm a mom of three and a grandmother, and my grandson keeps life fun. And yes, I'm a Yankees and Giants fan. I stick with my teams.
