A friend introduced me to wholesaling and showed me there was a whole side of real estate I didn't know much about. I started learning, making calls and looking for deals, and eventually I got my real estate license. From there I got more involved with investors, distressed properties and foreclosure auctions, and that's what got me interested in the investment side of real estate.
